General tweaks and bug fixes

- Spawn point now changes based on the amount of keys you have collected.
- New artwork for portals, end flag
- Adjusted level 2 for a more forgiving yet challenging experience
- Annoyances have been removed, but more challenges have been added to accommodate for the changes
